The price was very reasonable and the location was very convenient. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.
Our room was very dirty. It didn't look like the floor had been swept and there were live bugs in the room.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and it was great for our family. We have two young children and having separate bedrooms, kitchenette, 2 full baths, and a living and dining room made it feel more like home. After a long day at Water Country, coming back to the hotel was relaxing! The only thing that could of made it perfect was a better breakfast. We ended up eating out because the breakfast was nothing but bagles and muffins (carbs and sugar)! No protein to start a long day of activity. Orherwise a great place to stay!
The extra blankets had a couple stains and the breakfast could of been healthier!
After calling in advance to insure that there was WiFi in the rooms (as husband had to work 4 hours a day) there wasn't any and he had to work in the lobby. Also the ice machine on our floor was broken. And the train that ran through the night was disturbing.
Very nice suite room affordable for a family
A two bedroom suite, with a full kitchen is very hard to find in Virginia. The suite was very clean and arranged in such a way that allowed a family of six to still have plenty of space.
The hotel being split into two sections, and of course the swimming pool was not in the section we were in. Having to walk four children across a parking lot to go swimming was very cumbersum. Needs a larger play area for children.
Great location, service and fabulous value.
The pool itself, although very nice in every other way is ready for some cosmetic maintenance around the edges. If the project were undertaken some consideraton to accessibility or modernization should be given as well (handicaps, age related issues to get in and out of the pool itself), possibly steps in the shallow end. Also, a pitcher or thermos of warm milk in the coffee area at breakfast would be nice.
The place is a bit tired and the building layout not guest friendly. The inclusive breakfast was quite good. The hotel is a fair way from colonial attraction.
The loccation was very good for visiting Williamsburg. Also the suite was very convenient for a family.
The included breakfast should include cereal, most do.
The absolute wonder freindly staff at your hotel. It made our stay so relaxing and intend to use Patrick Henry Square for our next girls outing!
Good location near williamsburg and historic triangle
Ugly view of air conditioners on roof! But it is very minor thing
It was very convenient to be able to walk to Historic Williamsburg.
The facility needs refurbishing as it shows its age.
The hotel was very close to the colonial williamsburg, it had three internet connection and fair breakfast choices
The stinky elevator
I liked that it slept 6 people, so our family could stay together in the 2 bedroom suite with sofa bed and the small kitchen & dining area was perfect.
It would have been nice to have a small private balcony for our room. The pool was definately in need of some repairs and although it was nice that they provided towells at the pool, they were rather small and thin and not of very good quality.
The room was priced nicely with good location close to colonial williamsburg. The staff was friendly & the room was clean & nice
the bed was kind of jiggly when moving on it but comfortable. Also there was a train right behind the room which ran all night and was a little loud.
close to things i liked
no breakfast it the hotel
